The Duty Fee Shop • Case Study
Oriental Bank became the first bank in Puerto Rico to offer no ATM fees. To launch, we went with the notion of how absurd it was to pay for your own money.
To show that, we created two things: A Duty-Fee shop, where you could purchase items with fee receipts from other banks and a TV spot where we showed how absurd it was to pay for the money you already own.
